When did you last ask your tenants how your letting agent is doing?
Most landlords never do, and only find out when a good tenant hands in their notice. TenantPulse puts a QR code in the house. Every 6 or 12 months tenants answer ten quick questions, anonymously, and you get a scorecard: a score out of 100, a breakdown, and the main things your agent could do better.
Founding members keep a lower price for life. No card needed.

How it works
Nothing to chase. Once it's on, it runs itself.
One poster per property, no tenant details needed. If you use SafeTick, it's the same QR code as your alarm checks.
The survey opens for 14 days, every 6 or 12 months. Tenants scan, tap their answers, and add a comment if they want to.
When the survey closes, you get an email and a scorecard: score out of 100, a breakdown, the top three things to improve and whether tenants plan to stay.
Only what your agent controls
We don't ask if the boiler got fixed on time: that's often down to the tradesperson. We ask how well tenants were kept updated.
- Communication from the agent
- How quickly they reply
- Whether issues are dealt with promptly
- Being kept updated on repairs
- Professionalism and friendliness
- How well they were looked after at move-in
- Handling housemate problems (HMOs only)
- Overall satisfaction
- Would they recommend living here
- Are they planning to stay
Five answer choices for each, plus a comments box.
Fair to everyone
Your agent reports to you. Who reports on your agent?
A good tenant leaving costs you a void, a re-let fee and a new inventory. Usually the warning signs were there: slow replies, repairs nobody updated them on, a move-in that felt rushed. TenantPulse shows you those signs early, in numbers you can take to your agent.
Questions
Do I need my tenants' email addresses?
No. Tenants scan the QR poster in the house. You don't have to collect or share any details.
Can I see what each tenant said?
No, and that's the point. You get the scores and themes. Written comments are kept private so tenants can be honest.
I manage my properties myself. Is it still useful?
Yes. The scorecard tells you how you're doing as a manager, in the same way it would for an agent.
What does it cost?
It's free while we're in pilot. Founding members will keep a lower price for life when we launch.
